Unique Bourgogne is the outcome of our search for perfection in the interpretation of this famous French limestone. After lengthy, meticulous research, Unique Bourgogne was produced on the basis of wide, highly selective sampling of the original stone. As a result, the surfaces offer an authentic pattern on both small and large scales, and textures accurate down to the tiniest detail. The final product is aesthetically very impressive and combines the unique beauty of the inspiration material with the technical performance of the best porcelain stoneware.
DigiGlass introduces a new effect onto ceramic surfaces thanks to an exclusive digital process, comprising application of a selected three-dimensional vitreous layer matched with the underlying patterning. Used on Unique Bourgogne after matt lapping, this process enabled us to achieve a surface which replicates the original material with matt zones and changes in reflectiveness matched with the patterning, re-creating the typical appearance of the natural stone. The range offers two different versions of the original stone. Variée evokes the inspiration stone’s dynamic aesthetic, with sweeping, marble-like patterning. Minimal, on the other hand, has a surface rich in fine details, with an attractively neutral overall effect. Both variants are available in three different shades, Blanc, Beige and Gris, inspired by the hues of the original rocks. The Pointes decor has a surface structure with the characteristic herringbone motif, combined with matching graphic patterning that emphasises its three-dimensional texture. The structure is designed to be absolutely continuous and uninterrupted after installation.
